carrot and saffron soup with beancurd
sashimi of hamachi with orange and ginger vinaigrette

 

oysters
scallops with lemonade fruit and yuzu
oysters with rice wine vinaigrette

 

trout
confit of petuna ocean trout with fennel salad

 

scampi
scampi with tea and scampi oil

 

ravioli
prawn and scallop ravioli with tomato and basil vinaigrette

    Wahhhhh kai mui U disappear so long and then U reappaear with so many nice food… Wah liao makes me wanna go and hv some now… Can hv the lengjai here to cook for me too ah??? Aiyooo I hv more cravings then when I was preggie la… My fav… sashimi..seafood…. oyters…scallops… all also I wan lor!!

    Tetsuya is my favorite restaurant in Sydney … I try to squeeze in a visit to sample his degustation whenever I visit …

    The food looks heavenly !!! Who’s handiwork is that ?? Looks darn good … and I’m sure it’s pretty tasty too !
