I asked a friend to buy the 4GB one on my behalf from the States, since he was making a trip home. here it’s selling for RM939 for 4GB, and RM1,149 for 8GB. comes in sleek silver, hot pink, lime green, bright blue, and of course, mysterious black. hmmm… sounds like I’m doing free promos for Apple here!

zeroimpact - yes, iPod is the best! somehow, even with the added features like radio and whatever else the other brands offer, I’m totally sold on iPod. and all Apple products. such temptations… *sigh*
SweetAngel - if you want to order online at the Apple Store, you’d need to have a credit card with a billing address to the corresponding country. e.g. if you order online from the US store, you’d need to have a US credit card. if you order online from the Singapore store, then you’d need to have a Singapore credit card. a bit tricky, since they don’t allow overseas purchase with foreign credit cards.
I got lucky that a friend of mine was coming home from US for holidays, and I “hitched a purchase” with him prior to that. any friend of yours who could do you that service? good luck with your shopping!
